If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, kindly call the office as soon as possible, even after hours. The telephone will be answered by our staff, or a message can be left and our staff will call you back. This courtesy allows us to better serve you as well as others.
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any referrals if required. If you do not have your referral (if required) or insurance card, you can either reschedule your appointment or pay for the appointment out-of-pocket.
Prescription refills can be requested by calling the office. However, you will need to make an appointment for prescription refills if you have not been evaluated and seen within six months of your request.
A charge of $25 will be incurred for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
Please bring your insurance card to every visit to verify coverage and/or changes that may have occurred since your last visit to our office. It is your responsibility to obtain a new or updated referral, if needed, prior to your next appointment.
Below is a list insurances we accept. Co-pays and payment for elective/cosmetic procedures are due at the time of service. For your convenience, Skin Solutions Dermatology accepts cash and major credit cards.
